CANCELLATION POLICY​

Islands Beach Club Cancellation Policy

  • Islands Beach Club is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm LOCAL TIME.

  • Please print your e-ticket and bring it with you. You will have to show it at the Beach entrance and at the meeting point of your tour.

  • The e-ticket is not transferable.

  • For any changes or modifications, contact our offices to the numbers shown below with a minimum of two days prior your arrival date.

  • Cancellations on the day of arrival will not have refund.

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will have a refund.

  • Cancellation of the service due to adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to: Hurricanes, North Wind, Cold Fronts, Tropical Storms, Tropical Depressions or any climatological factor that may cause the cancellation of the service by Islands Beach Club  on the day of arrival will not represent in devolution of any percentage of the payment.

  • Cancellation of the service due to third party actions and out-of-hand situations including but not limited to: Strikes, Blocks, Taxi Union Blocks, Harbor Master closing the port or any external factor that may cause the cancellation of the service by Islands Beach Club on the day of arrival will not represent in devolution of any percentage of the payment.
